The Battle Buddy program provides navigation, networking, and mentorship for veterans who are recently separated services members or established vets. In partnership with veteran services, RSVP pairs veterans whose experiences may be similar. Vets can share their experiences, offer support, develop strategies for re-entering civilian life, or just hang out! If you or someone you know could benefit from the Battle Buddy program, or you are a vet who would like to lend a helping hand, contact RSVP at (541) 574-2684 or email email@example.com.
Durable Medical Equipment is available through the DME program to seniors and people with disabilities who are uninsured or underinsured. The goal of the program is to prevent falls and keep seniors living independently in their own home. If you, or someone you know, could use the help of the DME program, call RSVP at (541) 574-2684 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Equipment is available as funds are available. Some restrictions apply. You can download the equipment request form here: Request Form
The Friendly Visitor Program offers in-home visitation to seniors who are living alone and feeling isolated. Visitor volunteers are matched with a lonely senior to provide companionship and visitation on a weekly basis. Visits can include chatting, playing cards, listening to music, or a shared hobby or interest. Friendly Visitors do not do household chores, grocery shopping, or cooking. If you would like a Friendly Visitor, call (541) 574-2684, or download this application: Application
